Restricted withdrawals

My account has been restricted from buying and selling and withdrawals. They've been investigating and informed me to contact customer service. I answered their questions and submitted related evidence. Nevertheless, they are saying the funds I acquired are suspected of being fraudulent. I merely bought this ETH from another person and had absolutely no concept where the money came from. Their current answer is to refund these allegedly fraudulent funds, but I need to know who will compensate me for my losses? I'm additionally a victim; this is outrageous!
