Binance TH a fraud?

I verified my kyc one yr in the past, i stored funds there, they asked docs(sent me e mail after 10 days) informed me it'll take 7 working days to confirm kyc now they're telling me after the grace interval that it'll take extra 9 days? Isn’t this corporate fraud, i really feel so dangerous as i waited. Private drawback and every day dwelling apart. (Ps: i did multiples surgical procedure in a single week)
