Banned because violated terms?

The help of binance shouldn't be helping me.

I received banned my account by violated phrases.

However I feel this is an error and I cant attraction...

I used to be utilizing Alpha the last monghts and I feel you banned me because I was receiving many zero.5-1$ cash from scams...

However Im not associated to nothing like that, I discovered in reddit many customers with the same or comparable problems....

The Binance help solely says that this can be a remaining choice, however I feel thats an error...
